First a quick intro about myself. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for 8 years. In this time, I have worked for some great companies in both NSW & QLD and have been mentored by some of the country’s leading personal trainers. I’ve spent countless hours helping hundreds of clients get amazing results from weight loss to young athletes progressing through junior representative systems in sport.
